This charming budget hotel had spacious and clean rooms with modern furniture and a nice bathroom. the AC in the room was a plus. the location was convenient, with a nice beach and the Sète casino nearby. There was a bus stop close to the hotel, making it easy to access the town center and train station. the staff was friendly and helpful, and there was always someone at the reception. the breakfasts served by the friendly staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble for them.
Felt like a true getaway, no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel was conveniently located near bars and restaurants, making it easy to explore the local nightlife. The noise didn't bother me at all, but it's worth noting for light sleepers. During my stay, I found the hotel to be well situated for the beach, just a short walk away. It was also a pleasant 15/20-minute walk along the coast to reach the town. The staff were helpful in providing local area advice and suggestions for onward travel. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained. An excellent comfortable and peaceful base from which to explore Sete. As for the drawbacks, the lack of an elevator wasn't a big issue as the stairs were spacious and the hotel wasn't too high. I thoroughly recommend this 2* hotel. It exceeded my expectations in every way. The recent refurbishment brought it to a high standard, with clean, light, and comfortable rooms. The bed was especially comfortable, and the bathroom was superb. The breakfast offered plenty of variety and was served by the charming and helpful staff. Choosing a base on the Corniche was a great decision as it was quieter and parking was easy. Although it was about a mile from the main town, the walk along the Corniche was very pleasant. Very relaxing hotel. In terms of amenities, the hotel went above and beyond for our wedding anniversary, ensuring we had a memorable stay. While it wasn't in the downtown area, the nearby beach and accessible bus made it easy to explore the town. Free parking on the street was convenient for our short stay. Regarding the drawbacks, the hotel didn't have its own parking, and the public parking nearby was full. We had to park on the street and walk a block with our luggage, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the breakfast was not included in the room price, which is typical for hotels with affordable rates. Considering the price, the hotel offered great value for money. It wasn't far from the port and had most of the necessary facilities. While not the most luxurious, it was clean enough and met our needs. I will recommend this hotel for its affordability, convenience, and comfortable stay.
